Odds360 Baseball
Odds360 baseball uses the same end-to-end flow as the baseball bookmaker pages in sportmicro-frontend:
- get the match from the SportMicro baseball feed
- request bookmaker-scoped Odds360 prices for that
match_id - keep the match updated with live streams

1. Discover the match in SportMicro
Use the baseball data endpoints to get the match and metadata:

2. Confirm that the bookmaker can access baseball
GET /bookmaker/{bookmakerId}
The response contains the allowed sports for the bookmaker.
3. Load the baseball match list with prices

100 - postponed and finished matches are excluded
